Step 1 : Complete your 12th standard with PCM ( Physics, Chemistry, and Maths ), in India for becoming a pilot an individual must be 12th passes out with PCM. 

Step 2 : For becoming a Pilot you must be fit, so you have clear your Mediclas and get certificate.

Step 3 : Enroll in a DGCA Ground schools where you have to prepare for DGCA exams, (these exams are conducted by government). DGCA papers are ; Aviation Meteorology, Air Regulations, Air Navigation, Technical General, Technical Specific. For your flying training in abroad you can start with clearing three papers; Aviation Meteorology, Air Regulations, Air Navigation.

Step 4 : Complete 200 Hrs of flying and get your Commercial Pilot License.
